Your business must have less than 5 staff, be a limited company (or be happy to incorporate). It must also be a digital or ecommerce business based in Lincolnshire or Nottinghamshire.
This depends on the investment required and the size of your business at the time. It will most likely be a minority stake, but this is all on a case-by-case basis.
A total of £50,000 is being made available to eligible companies who wish to apply for funding. You may apply for any amount as part of the process.
In the first instance, you’ll fill out a brief application form with more information about your requirements and current position. If selected to progress, you will be invited to present your case at a meeting with the Umbrella Brands Group.
Applications from pre-launch businesses are welcome, however your business plan should be sufficiently advanced and beyond proof of concept.
Support will vary from project to project, however you will have the support from the Umbrella Brands Group on everything from day-to-day running, leadership support and business planning, alongside financial backing.
